The Good Person Test

You say you are not a good person. So why do you say you will go to heaven?

Your Answer: Because Jesus died for us. We are all forgiven and everyone will go to heaven, except for a few really evil people.

There is a problem with this answer. It is not what the Bible says.

God is good. God is just. That means there will be justice. That means that breaking God's laws (disobeying God) has consequences... a just and right punishment. There will be justice

What is justice?

If you have broken any of God's laws, then you must pay the penalty for breaking his laws. If you do the crime, you must pay the time. That is justice.

How well have you done at obeying God's laws?
